Aayat X Rishi

Silence echoed through the mansion as Aayat stood near the door, her hands trembling as she clutched the handle of her suitcase. Her eyes—once filled with warmth—were now glassy, hollow, and hurt beyond repair.

"Aayat..." Rishi’s voice cracked as he stepped closer. "Please… don’t go."

She turned slowly, her lips curled in disbelief, her eyes burning with rage and unshed tears.

"Why shouldn’t I?" she whispered, voice trembling. "So I can stay and hear your aunt call me a gold digger again? So I can be reminded every single day that I ‘trapped’ you? That I made you fall in love with me for money?"

Rishi’s jaw clenched. "You know I don’t believe that—"

"But you let her say it!" she cut him off, voice rising. "You let her humiliate me in your home, in your presence. And you know what hurts the most, Rishi jii?" Her voice broke. "You made me fall for you… and then you made me regret it."

He reached out, desperate, broken. "I never meant to—"

"Then why did you kidnap me, Rishi jii?" she shouted, stepping back. "Was that your revenge? Just because I rejected you once? Was your love only a way to make me pay for a ‘no’ I gave you months ago?"

Rishi stood still, his pride shattered. For the first time, he couldn’t speak. Couldn’t defend.

Aayat looked at him one last time.

Tears streamed down her face, but she didn’t wipe them.

"This isn’t love, Rishi jii… this is punishment. And I refuse to be your prisoner anymore."

She turned away and walked out, leaving behind a man who had everything—except the one soul he truly belonged to.

Aroohi X Aaryan

"You’re doing it again, Aaryan!" Aroohi’s voice thundered through the room, her eyes burning with betrayal, lips trembling with pain she could no longer hide.

Aaryan froze, stunned by the sudden outburst. "Aroohi… what are you talking about?"

"You know what I’m talking about!" she shouted, tears forming in her eyes. "This—whatever you're doing—it’s exactly what you did back in college! Making someone fall for you… only to break them into pieces like it means nothing."

His heart dropped. "No, that’s not—"

"Don’t lie to me!" she snapped. "I know your games. I’ve seen what you did to me back then. You made me believe you loved me, made me feel special—and then you crushed me,humiliated me… just because I had feelings for you!"

She paused, breathing heavily. Her next words hit like a punch to his gut.

"And now you’re doing the same to me again, Aaryan. You don’t love me… you’re just taking revenge because I ignored you in college. Because I didn’t fall for your charm back then when I saw you again at my home and ignored you.So now, after this marriage, you're punishing me for that."

Aaryan stepped forward, desperation thick in his voice. "Aroohi, listen to me. Please. It’s not like that—I swear, I—"

"No!" she cut him off, voice cracking. "You don’t get to swear. You don’t get to play with my heart again. I gave you a chance, I trusted you, Aaryan! And now… now I hate myself for doing that."

He reached for her wrist, gently, his eyes pleading. "Let me explain—"

But she pulled back.

"There’s nothing left to explain. You’ve done this before. You knew exactly how to ruin me."

Without another word, she turned and walked away—leaving Aaryan paralyzed, standing amidst the wreckage of what could’ve been his only real chance at love.
